I had always considered breathing for granted, but a new experience changed my perspective and led me on a journey to discover the wonders of respiration, the lungs, and breathwork practices. It all began when I attended a workshop on mindfulness and meditation. The instructor introduced us to the concept of diaphragmatic breathing, highlighting the importance of proper breathing techniques for general health and relaxation.
